Can I book over the phone?

Yes. Though we have worked with our suppliers to give you the freedom to search and book hotels online, however we are able to process your bookings over the phone from Monday-Saturday, 1000-1900 hrs.

How can I check/change/cancel my booking?

Once your booking is complete after your credit card is processed, you will be given a reference number which is to be used anytime you wish to check/change/cancel your booking. Simply, login with your ID and password, open your booking by feeding in your reference number and check/change/cancel your booking after determining the charges involved. Or, you can call us Monday-Saturday, 1030-1930 hrs and we will help you.

How do I get my booking confirmed?

Once your booking is complete after your credit card is processed, you will be given a reference number which is to be used every time for this booking and the hotel voucher will be emailed to you shortly afterwards. Simply take a print out and carry it along with you.

My destination is not on the list. What do I do?

How do I get my travel documents?

Once your booking is complete after your credit card is processed, you will be emailed your booking reference number and the hotel voucher shortly afterwards. Simply print the voucher and carry it along.

How do I pay?

The most convenient way to pay and book instantly is online through your credit card. We accept Visa and Master cards. How can I get more discounts?

Do I check for my reservation status before leaving for the trip?

What do I carry with me?

Carry all the documents you receive on your email from farestay.com regarding your booking. The important ones are hotel voucher, your ID proof and a copy of your credit card through which you have made the booking at faretsay.com

Refunds after cancellation charges will be processed according to the hotel policies and normally takes 10-15 working days.

Do I need to sign in or register before I book?

What do I do if my hotel voucher is lost/torn?

No worries. Simply take out another print as the voucher has been emailed to you. If that is not possible then just go to the hotel check In desk and tell them the lead guest name and show them your ID proof.
